This is an Antique Watch Case from around the 1920's-30's.  The Case Dangles from a large faceted crystal jewel.

Inside the case the is a tiny cameo of a ladies face and several watch gears suspended and appearing to float.

This necklace is on an 18 inch antiqued silver double linked chain with a lobster clasp.
